【摘要】：目的:探討妊娠期甲狀腺激素水平與血脂譜的相關(guān)性。方法:隨機(jī)選擇30例健康孕婦,檢測(cè)并分析其孕9~12、14~17、23~26和37~40周4個(gè)妊娠時(shí)段空腹血清的促甲狀腺激素(TSH)、游離三碘甲腺原氨酸(FT3)和游離甲狀腺素(FT4)與血脂6項(xiàng)的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:妊娠期血清TSH與總膽固醇(CHOL)、甘油三酯(TRIG)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)、載脂蛋白A-I(APOA-I)和載脂蛋白B(APOB)均呈正相關(guān),FT3、FT4與CHOL、TRIG、LDL-C、APOA-I和APOB均呈負(fù)相關(guān),TSH、FT3和FT4均與高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C)無相關(guān)性。結(jié)論:除HDL-C外,妊娠期甲狀腺激素水平與血脂密切相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the correlation between thyroid hormone level and blood lipid spectrum during pregnancy.
