【摘要】：目的比較中藥、針灸聯(lián)合西藥治療對不同年齡階段體外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)術(shù)后妊娠成功率的影響。方法收集2010年1月1日至2013年12月31日符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的IVF-ET術(shù)后患者810例,按年齡分成20~29歲、30~39歲、40~49歲3組,比較各組的妊娠成功率,并統(tǒng)計(jì)中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療后的胚胎移植術(shù)后妊娠成功率。結(jié)果 20~29歲組妊娠成功率為54.3%,30~39歲組妊娠成功率為46.4%,40~49歲組妊娠成功率為26.0%,全科所有IVF-ET術(shù)后患者妊娠成功率為47.2%。結(jié)論年齡越小,IVF-ET術(shù)后妊娠成功率越高,輔助生殖技術(shù)后進(jìn)行中醫(yī)藥干預(yù)治療,能提高IVF-ET妊娠成功率。
