【摘要】：目的觀察腹腔鏡手術(shù)治療宮外孕的臨床效果。方法按照隨機(jī)抽取的方式將宮外孕患者125例分為研究組63例與對(duì)照組62例。分別采用腹腔鏡手術(shù)、傳統(tǒng)開腹手術(shù)治療研究組、對(duì)照組患者。比較兩組術(shù)中出血量、手術(shù)時(shí)間、住院時(shí)間、留置導(dǎo)管時(shí)間、肛門排氣時(shí)間、術(shù)后發(fā)熱及疼痛例數(shù)、絨毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)恢復(fù)正常時(shí)間。結(jié)果研究組與對(duì)照組的術(shù)中出血量分別為(46.24±3.23)ml、(86.74±4.52)ml,手術(shù)時(shí)間分別為(42.53±3.61)min、(67.81±7.34)min,住院時(shí)間分別為(3.1±0.7)d、(6.2±0.9)d,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);術(shù)后研究組留置導(dǎo)管時(shí)間、肛門排氣時(shí)間均短于對(duì)照組,研究組術(shù)后發(fā)熱、疼痛例數(shù)少于對(duì)照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);研究組與對(duì)照組血HCG恢復(fù)正常時(shí)間分別為(6.8±1.2)d、(9.6±1.5)d,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論與傳統(tǒng)開腹手術(shù)相比,腹腔鏡手術(shù)治療宮外孕,具有操作簡(jiǎn)便,高微創(chuàng)性,術(shù)后恢復(fù)快等優(yōu)勢(shì),更符合現(xiàn)代臨床追求人性化、美觀的要求,認(rèn)可度高,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 125 patients with ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into study group (63 cases) and control group (62 cases). Laparoscopic surgery, traditional laparotomy were used to treat the patients in the study group and the control group. The amount of intraoperative bleeding, operation time, hospitalization time, indwelling catheter time, anal exhaust time, postoperative fever and pain, and chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) recovery time were compared between the two groups. Results the intraoperative bleeding volume of the study group and the control group were (46.24 鹵3.23) ml, (86.74 鹵4.52) ml, and (42.53 鹵3.61) min, (67.81 鹵7.34) min, respectively. (6.2 鹵0.9) days, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The indwelling catheter time and anal exhaust time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the number of postoperative fever and pain in the study group were less than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The recovery time of blood HCG in the study group and the control group was (6.8 鹵1.2) d, (9.6 鹵1.5) days, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion compared with traditional laparotomy, laparoscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancy has the advantages of simple operation, high minimally invasive operation and rapid postoperative recovery, which is more in line with the requirements of humanization and beauty in modern clinical practice, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
