【摘要】：目的探討經(jīng)皮低頻脈沖電刺激治療盆腔炎性疾病所致慢性盆腔痛的臨床效果。方法收集2012年1—12月北京大學(xué)深圳醫(yī)院婦科門診95例盆腔炎性疾病所致慢性盆腔痛患者作為研究對象,采用SPSS生成的隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將患者分為三組:采用經(jīng)皮低頻脈沖電刺激(電刺激組,30例)、經(jīng)皮低頻脈沖電刺激+奧硝唑片+裸花紫珠片(聯(lián)合組,32例)及奧硝唑片+裸花紫珠片(奧硝唑組,33例)進(jìn)行治療,比較三種方法的臨床療效。結(jié)果三組患者均完成了3個(gè)月的治療,電刺激組治愈率為23.33%(7/30),聯(lián)合組為50.00%(16/32),奧硝唑組為0,三組比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);電刺激組有效率為76.67%(16/30),聯(lián)合組為96.88%(31/32),奧硝唑組為51.52%(17/33),三組比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);電刺激組、聯(lián)合組及奧硝唑組治療前的疼痛量化評分分別為(2.47±0.94)分、(2.41±0.67)分和(2.48±0.91)分,治療后分別為(1.33±0.96)分、(0.84±0.95)分和(1.97±0.68)分,三組治療后評分較治療前均明顯下降(P0.05)。結(jié)論經(jīng)皮低頻脈沖電刺激聯(lián)合藥物治療盆腔炎性疾病所致女性慢性盆腔痛患者的治愈率及有效率高,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of percutaneous low frequency pulse electrical stimulation in the treatment of chronic pelvic pain caused by pelvic inflammatory diseases. Methods from January to December 2012, 95 patients with chronic pelvic pain caused by pelvic inflammatory diseases were collected from the gynecological clinic of Shenzhen Hospital of Peking University. The patients were divided into three groups by the method of random digital table generated by SPSS: 30 cases were treated with percutaneous low frequency pulse electrical stimulation (electrical stimulation group, 30 cases), and 30 cases were treated with transcutaneous low frequency pulse electrical stimulation of ornidazole tablets (combined group). 32 cases were treated with ornidazole tablets and 33 cases were treated with ornidazole tablets (ornidazole group, 33 cases). The clinical effects of the three methods were compared. Results all the patients in the three groups completed the treatment for 3 months. the cure rate was 23.33% (7 鈮，
