【摘要】：目的:調(diào)查不孕患者宮頸人乳頭瘤病毒(HPV)的感染率及亞型分布。方法:采用快速導(dǎo)流雜交法對217例輸卵管不孕患者和174例非輸卵管不孕患者進行21種HPV亞型檢測。結(jié)果:391例不孕患者的HPV陽性率為17.90%,其中輸卵管不孕患者的HPV陽性率為20.28%,非輸卵管不孕患者的HPV陽性率為14.94%,兩組差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ2=1.869,P0.05)。HPV陽性的不孕患者中HPV高危型占82.86%,高危型中檢出率最高的是HPV 58,其次是HPV 52。輸卵管不孕組和非輸卵管不孕組HPV感染均以高危型為主,兩組間HPV高危型感染率差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ2=1.343,P0.05)。結(jié)論:HPV高危型感染可能是女性不孕癥的危險因素之一,且HPV陽性不孕患者中絕大部分為HPV高危型。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the infection rate and subtype distribution of human papillomavirus (HPV) in infertile women. Methods: 21 subtypes of HPV were detected in 217 patients with tubal sterility and 174 patients with non-tubal sterility. Results: the positive rate of HPV in 391 infertile patients was 17.90%. The positive rate of HPV was 20.28% in oviduct infertility patients and 14.94% in non-tubal infertility patients. There was no significant difference between the two groups (蠂 2 = 1.869, P < 0.01). Among the infertile patients with positive HPV, 82.86% were high risk HPV, the highest was HPV 58, followed by HPV 52.
