【摘要】：目的:了解不孕癥患者的心理狀況及其影響因素。方法:選取2014年3月至2015年3月就診于山東中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)第二附屬醫(yī)院生殖中心的女性不孕癥患者358例。懫用焦慮自評量表(SAS)、抑郁自評量表(SDS)調(diào)查不孕癥患者的焦慮、抑郁情況,分析其相關(guān)影響因素。結(jié)果:不孕癥患者的焦慮發(fā)生率為25.14%(90/358),抑郁發(fā)生率為35.75%(128/358)�；颊邏毫Τ潭纫灾卸茸疃�(221例,占61.73%),壓力來源以生育因素最多(224例,占62.57%),其次為工作因素(154例,占43.02%)�；颊叩慕箲]/抑郁評分與患者的年齡、職業(yè)、不孕癥類型、不孕病程、不孕病因、流產(chǎn)次數(shù)均無明顯相關(guān)性(P0.05),但與文化程度、壓力程度有關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論:不孕癥婦女的焦慮、抑郁發(fā)生率均較高,其心理健康水平低于正常人群�；颊叩慕箲]、抑郁評分與文化程度、壓力程度有關(guān)。心理因素與不孕癥關(guān)系密切,治療時應(yīng)結(jié)合心理疏導(dǎo)與生活指導(dǎo),以提高療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the psychological status of infertile patients and its influencing factors. Methods: from March 2014 to March 2015, 358 female infertile patients were admitted to the Reproductive Center of the second affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine. Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS),) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) were used to investigate anxiety and depression in infertile patients. Results: the incidence of anxiety and depression in infertile patients was 25.14% (90 / 358) and 35.75% (128 / 358) respectively. Moderate stress (221 cases, 61.73%), fertility factors (224 cases, 62.57%) and working factors (154 cases, 43.02%) were the most important sources of stress. There was no significant correlation between anxiety / depression score and age, occupation, type of infertility, course of infertility, cause of infertility and times of abortion (P0.05), but there was no significant correlation between anxiety / depression score and age, occupation, type of infertility, course of infertility, cause of infertility and times of abortion (P0.05). Conclusion: the incidence of anxiety and depression in infertile women is higher, and their mental health level is lower than that of normal people. The anxiety and depression scores of the patients were related to the degree of education and stress. Psychological factors and infertility are closely related to the treatment should be combined with psychological guidance and life guidance, in order to improve the efficacy.
