【摘要】：目的:了解在校女大學(xué)生婦科疾病的種類及發(fā)生率變化情況,為開展大學(xué)生生殖健康教育,制定相應(yīng)的預(yù)防干預(yù)措施提供重要的理論依據(jù).方法:收集某民族大學(xué)校醫(yī)院近5年來女大學(xué)生婦科門診病歷資科6789例,進行回顧性分析研究.結(jié)果:女大學(xué)生患婦科疾病發(fā)生率由高到低依次為:月經(jīng)失調(diào)、痛經(jīng)、婦科炎癥、乳腺增生等,其中月經(jīng)失調(diào)占歷年婦科疾病發(fā)生率之首;與性生活相關(guān)的疾病(早孕、婦科炎癥等)發(fā)病率呈逐年上升的趨勢.大三、大四女生發(fā)病率明顯高于大一、大二女生,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(p0.05).結(jié)論:近年來,在校女大學(xué)生婦科疾病發(fā)生率逐漸升高,學(xué)校應(yīng)引起重視,有針對性地開展大學(xué)生生殖健康教育,普及科學(xué)的性知識.高校社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)部門應(yīng)加強健康宣教,實施必要的健康干預(yù)措施,使大學(xué)生養(yǎng)成科學(xué)的生活方式,有效降低婦科疾病發(fā)生率,促進大學(xué)生身心健康.
[Abstract]:Aim: to understand the variety and incidence of gynecological diseases in female college students in order to provide important theoretical basis for carrying out reproductive health education of college students and formulating corresponding preventive and intervention measures. Methods: 6789 cases of medical records of female college students in gynecological outpatient department in recent 5 years were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Results: the incidence of gynecological diseases among female college students was: menstrual disorders dysmenorrhea gynaecology inflammation mammary hyperplasia and so on. Among them menstrual disorders accounted for the highest incidence of gynecological diseases in the past years. The incidence of sex-related diseases (early pregnancy, gynaecological inflammation, etc.) is on the rise year by year. The incidence of female students in Grade 3 and Grade 4 was significantly higher than that in Grade 1 and Grade 2, the difference was statistically significant (p 0.05). Conclusion: in recent years, the incidence of gynecological diseases in female college students has been increasing gradually. Schools should pay attention to carry out reproductive health education for college students and popularize scientific sexual knowledge. Community health service departments in colleges and universities should strengthen health education and implement necessary health intervention measures to make college students form a scientific lifestyle, effectively reduce the incidence of gynecological diseases, and promote the physical and mental health of college students.
