新式光聲成像技術(shù)可診斷宮頸癌

【摘要】:正光聲成像,不需要活檢和涂片檢查。技術(shù)的原理是癌組織能夠吸收更多的光,這是因?yàn)榘┙M織如新異常血管形成和膠原纖維更少。超聲掃描能夠檢出癌組織是因?yàn)榘┘?xì)胞吸收更多光能產(chǎn)熱引起細(xì)胞膨脹進(jìn)而影響回彈回掃描儀的聲波,從而產(chǎn)生圖像改變。研究人員表示光聲成像還能鑒別癌癥的分期。因?yàn)榘┌Y進(jìn)展越高,癌細(xì)胞吸收光能越多,在超聲掃描顯示更多的回聲。該技術(shù)已經(jīng)進(jìn)行臨床試驗(yàn),30位受檢女性有癌癥患者也有健康女性,結(jié)果
[Abstract]:Positive photoacoustic imaging does not require biopsies and smears. The principle of the technique is that cancer tissue can absorb more light, because cancer tissues such as new abnormal angiogenesis and less collagen fibers. Ultrasound scans can detect cancer tissue because the cancer cells absorb more light to produce heat, causing cells to expand and affect the sound waves of the rebound scanner, resulting in image changes. The researchers say photoacoustic imaging can also identify stages of cancer. Because the higher the cancer progresses, the more light the cancer absorbs, and the more echoes are displayed in ultrasound scans. The technique has been tested in clinical trials, with 30 women with cancer as well as healthy women.
