【摘要】：目的比較法國PHENIX系列神經(jīng)肌肉刺激治療儀PHENIX-8PLUS與PHENIX-U8治療薄型子宮內(nèi)膜不孕癥的效果。方法收集生育期單純性薄型子宮內(nèi)膜不孕癥患者200例,隨機分為觀察組與對照組各100例,觀察組予PHENIX-8PLUS治療,對照組采用PHENIX-U8治療。治療2個療程后觀察治療前后子宮內(nèi)膜血流及厚度變化和受孕率。結果觀察組于月經(jīng)第9天開始子宮內(nèi)膜增殖明顯,內(nèi)膜增厚,月經(jīng)第10天開始子宮內(nèi)膜血流灌流增多,特別是舒張期血流豐富,呈高振幅連續(xù)波形,多普勒測量RI值明顯下降,RI值與子宮內(nèi)膜厚度呈負相關(|r|≥0.5)。兩組治療后子宮內(nèi)膜血流及厚度比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P均0.05),觀察組受孕42例,已足月分娩24例,受孕率42%;對照組受孕27例,已足月分娩13例,受孕率27%;兩組受孕率比較,P0.05。結論 PHENIX-8PLUS治療薄型子宮內(nèi)膜不孕癥的效果優(yōu)于PHENIX-U8。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the efficacy of French PHENIX series neuromuscular stimulation therapy instrument PHENIX-8PLUS and PHENIX-U8 in the treatment of thin endometrial infertility. Methods 200 cases of simple thin endometrial infertility in reproductive period were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with PHENIX-8PLUS and the control group was treated with PHENIX-U8. After 2 courses of treatment, the changes of endometrial blood flow and thickness and pregnancy rate were observed before and after treatment. Results in the observation group, endometrial proliferation and intimal thickening began on the 9th day of menstruation, and endometrial perfusion increased on the 10th day of menstruation, especially in diastolic phase, showing a high amplitude continuous waveform, and the RI value was significantly decreased by Doppler measurement. The endometrial blood flow in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
