【摘要】：正動脈與靜脈間出現(xiàn)不經(jīng)過毛細(xì)血管網(wǎng)的異常短路通道,即形成動靜脈瘺,動靜脈瘺可發(fā)生在全身各臟器,但盆腔臟器較少累及,因而子宮動靜脈瘺較罕見,但其可導(dǎo)致陰道大出血,嚴(yán)重時危及患者生命。下面分析我院收治的1例子宮動靜脈瘺患者的臨床資料,以提高臨床醫(yī)生對此病的認(rèn)識及處理能力。1臨床資料患者,32歲,以"突發(fā)性陰道大量流血半小時"
[Abstract]:There are abnormal short-circuit channels between the anterior artery and the vein without passing through the capillary network, that is, arteriovenous fistula can occur in all organs of the body, but the pelvic organs are less involved, so uterine arteriovenous fistula is rare, and the arteriovenous fistula can occur in all organs of the body, so uterine arteriovenous fistula is rare. However, it can lead to massive vaginal bleeding, seriously endangering the life of the patient. Following is an analysis of the clinical data of a patient with uterine arteriovenous fistula treated in our hospital in order to improve the clinician's understanding and management ability of the disease. 1 Clinical data of 32-year-old patients with uterine arteriovenous fistula were treated with "sudden vaginal bleeding for half an hour".
