【摘要】：目的:探討在控制性卵巢刺激(COS)過程中應(yīng)用孕激素抑制黃體生成素(LH)峰的臨床效果。方法:回顧性分析83例行體外受精/卵胞質(zhì)內(nèi)單精子注射-凍融胚胎移植(IVF/ICSI-FET)患者的資料,所有患者均采用孕激素聯(lián)合促性腺激素方案,83個(gè)取卵周期共完成了92個(gè)FET周期,統(tǒng)計(jì)分析促排卵過程中的激素變化、胚胎實(shí)驗(yàn)室情況及妊娠結(jié)局。結(jié)果:在促排卵過程中,LH持續(xù)低水平,基礎(chǔ)、中期(月經(jīng)第9~11日)、誘發(fā)排卵當(dāng)日LH水平分別為3.85±2.03 IU/L、3.64±2.01 IU/L、2.62±1.77 IU/L,未監(jiān)測到LH峰。h MG的用藥劑量為1 964.76±468.73 IU,孕激素(商品名:安琪坦)的用藥劑量為2.05±0.34 g。平均獲卵數(shù)為10.9±6.1,每個(gè)取卵周期平均冷凍5.0±2.5個(gè)胚胎。FET后臨床妊娠率為52.17%(48/92),胚胎種植率為39.34%(72/183),流產(chǎn)率為10.42%(5/48)。結(jié)論:孕激素能夠有效抑制LH峰,孕激素聯(lián)合Gn促排卵方案為基于FET的促排卵技術(shù)提供了新的備選方案。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of progesterone on inhibiting luteinizing hormone (LH) peak during controlled ovarian stimulation of (COS). Methods: the data of 83 patients with in vitro fertilization / intracytoplasmic sperm injection-frozen-thawed embryo transfer (IVF/ICSI-FET) were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were treated with progesterone combined with gonadotropin. A total of 92 FET cycles were completed in 83 ovulatory cycles. Hormone changes, embryo laboratory conditions and pregnancy outcomes during ovulation induction were statistically analyzed. Results: during the course of ovulation induction, the level of LH remained low, basal, and the level of LH on the day of ovulation induction was 3.85 鹵2.03 IU/L,3.64 鹵2.01 IU/L,2.62 鹵1.77 IU/L, at the middle stage (from 9 to 11 days of menstruation). The dose of. H MG not detected in LH peak was 1 964.76 鹵468.73 IU, (trade name: Angel), which was 2.05 鹵0.34 g 路mol ~ (- 1). The average number of fetched eggs was 10.9 鹵6.1, and the average cryopreservation was 5.0 鹵2.5 embryos per cycle. The clinical pregnancy rate and implantation rate were 52.17% (48 / 92) and 39.34% (72 / 183), respectively. The abortion rate was 10.42% (5 / 48). Conclusion: progesterone can effectively inhibit LH peak. Progesterone combined with Gn provides a new alternative for FET-based ovulation induction technology.
