【摘要】：目的探討調(diào)節(jié)性T細(xì)胞的表面標(biāo)志物Foxp3 mRNA及蛋白在子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織和正常子宮內(nèi)膜組織中的表達(dá)及其臨床意義。方法應(yīng)用免疫組化SP法及實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量PCR法檢測84例子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織和40例正常子宮內(nèi)膜組織中Foxp3 mRNA及蛋白的表達(dá),分析Foxp3在子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織中的表達(dá)與腫瘤組織分化程度和FIGO分期的關(guān)系。結(jié)果子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織Foxp3表達(dá)明顯高于正常子宮內(nèi)膜組織;Foxp3表達(dá)與子宮內(nèi)膜癌FIGO分期有關(guān),Ⅲ+Ⅳ期子宮內(nèi)膜癌患者Foxp3表達(dá)高于Ⅰ+Ⅱ期患者(P0.05)。Foxp3表達(dá)與分化程度的關(guān)系在上述兩種檢測方法中得出不同結(jié)論,免疫組化檢測提示Foxp3蛋白表達(dá)與組織分化等級間存在相關(guān)性(rs=0.72,P0.01),中+低分化組Foxp3+細(xì)胞數(shù)明顯高于高分化組(P0.01)。而實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量PCR法檢測提示Foxp3 mRNA表達(dá)與腫瘤組織學(xué)分級無相關(guān)性(rs=0.01,P=0.35)。結(jié)論 Foxp3在子宮內(nèi)膜癌患者癌灶中高表達(dá),免疫組化檢測的蛋白表達(dá)與實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量PCR檢測結(jié)果不完全一致,Foxp3可能參與了子宮內(nèi)膜癌的發(fā)生、發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression and clinical significance of regulatory T cell surface marker Foxp3 mRNA and protein in endometrial carcinoma and normal endometrium. Methods the expression of Foxp3 mRNA and protein in 84 cases of endometrial carcinoma and 40 cases of normal endometrium were detected by immunohistochemical SP and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR.
