【摘要】：目的研究人乳頭狀瘤病毒(HPV)感染對宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變及宮頸癌患者組蛋白去乙�；�1(HDAC1)及基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶(MMPs)表達的影響,為宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變及宮頸癌的診治提供參考依據(jù)。方法選取2014年4月-2016年3月醫(yī)院收治39例宮頸癌患者為A組,39例宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變患者為B組,39名健康婦女為C組,檢測與比較3組研究者組織HDAC1及MMP指標表達情況,并比較A組與B組中不同HPV感染者的上述指標表達水平。結(jié)果 A組患者組織HDAC1及MMP-2、MMP-3、MMP-7、MMP-9陽性表達率為71.79%及66.67%、64.10%、64.10%、66.67%,均高于B組患者38.46%及43.59%、38.46%、30.77%、35.90%,C組5.13%及7.69%、2.56%、2.56%、5.13%,B組患者陽性表達率則高于C組,A組和B組中HPV感染者陽性表達率高于HPV陰性者,且B組中高度病變者陽性表達率高于低度病變者,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論HPV感染對宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變及宮頸癌患者組織的HDAC1及MMP指標表達影響較大,因此應重視對上述指標的監(jiān)測與控制。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection on the expression of histone deacetylase 1 (HDAC1) and matrix metalloproteinase (MMPs) in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer. To provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer. Methods from April 2014 to March 2016, 39 patients with cervical cancer, 39 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, 39 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and 39 healthy women as group C, were selected as group A, 39 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and 39 healthy women as group C. The expression of HDAC1 and MMP in the tissues of three groups of researchers was measured and compared. The expression levels of the above indexes were compared between group A and group B with different HPV infection. Results the positive expression rates of HDAC1 and MMP-2,MMP-3,MMP-7,MMP-9 in group A were 71.79% and 66.67%, 64.10%, 64.10%, 66.67%, respectively, which were higher than those in group B (38.46% and 43.59%). 38.46%, 30.77%, 35.90%, 5.13% and 7.69%, 2.56%, 2.56%, 5.13% in group C, the positive expression rate in group B was higher than that in group C. The positive expression rate of HPV infection in group A and B was higher than that in group A and group B, and the positive rate in group B was higher than that in group B (P0.05). Conclusion HPV infection has a significant effect on the expression of HDAC1 and MMP in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer, so we should pay more attention to the monitoring and control of these indexes.
