宮內(nèi)缺氧胎兒臍血流超聲參數(shù)與母體、胎兒氧化應(yīng)激損傷的關(guān)系
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between fetal umbilical cord blood flow parameters and fetal oxidative stress injury during intrauterine hypoxia. Methods two hundred parturients were divided into normal group and hypoxic group according to neonatal Apgar score. At 24, 30, 31, 37, 41 weeks of gestation, the ultrasonic parameters of umbilical cord blood were recorded, and the levels of oxidative stress products in umbilical cord blood, oxidative stress products in placental tissue and related apoptotic molecules were detected. The correlation between ultrasonic parameters and ultrasonic parameters was analyzed. Results the (RI), pulsatility index of umbilical cord blood flow in different gestational weeks was significantly higher than that in normal group (P < 0.05). The maximal systolic velocity / end diastolic velocity of (PI), in hypoxia group was significantly higher than that in normal group (P < 0.05). Compared with the normal group, the oxidative stress products of umbilical cord blood and placenta in hypoxia group were oxidized low density lipoprotein (ox-LDL), 8-isoprostaglandin (8-ios), heat shock protein 70 (HSP-70) by malondialdehyde (MDA),). Fatty acid synthetase (Fas), fatty acid synthetase ligand (FasL), Bcl-2-associated X protein (Bax) level in placental tissue was higher than that in placental tissue. B-cell lymphoma / leukemia gene 2 (Bcl-2) was found in placental tissue. Ri and PI,S/D were associated with MDA,ox-LDL,8-ios,HSP-70 in umbilical cord blood and placental tissue and Fas,FasL, in placental tissue, respectively. The expression of X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis protein (XIAP) was lower than that in umbilical cord blood, placental tissue and placental tissue. There was a positive correlation between Bax level and a negative correlation with Bcl-2,XIAP in placental tissue (all P0.05). Conclusion the ultrasonic parameters of fetal umbilical cord blood flow in intrauterine hypoxia are abnormal, which is correlated with the degree of fetal oxidative stress injury.
