【摘要】：目的:研究異妊湯治療異位妊娠患者臨床療效。方法:異位妊娠患者40例分成治療組和對照組,對照組患者給予米非司酮治療,治療組患者給予米非司酮聯(lián)合異妊湯治療,比較兩組患者臨床療效。結(jié)果:治療組患者臨床好轉(zhuǎn)率優(yōu)于對照組;治療組患者陰道出血、休克、腹部疼痛等并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論:異妊湯治療異位妊娠患者效果顯著,可提高患者治愈率,縮短住院時間。
[Abstract]:Objective: To study the clinical effect of the treatment of heterotopic pregnancy in the treatment of heterotopic pregnancy. Methods:40 cases of heterotopic pregnancy were divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with mifepristone. The treatment group was treated with mifepristone in combination with isosorbide soup to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results: The rate of clinical improvement in the treatment group was superior to that of the control group, and the incidence of the complications of vaginal bleeding, shock and abdominal pain in the treatment group was superior to that of the control group. Conclusion: The treatment of heterotopic pregnancy with different soup can improve the cure rate of the patients and shorten the hospital stay.
