【摘要】：目的探究產(chǎn)科DIC產(chǎn)婦凝血檢驗在臨床上的應(yīng)用效果。方法選取我院產(chǎn)科2013年5月~2014年6月收治的DIC產(chǎn)婦18例作為觀察組,選取同期收治的健康產(chǎn)婦18例作為對照組。兩組產(chǎn)婦均通過凝血檢驗,觀察兩組血小板、凝血酶時間、凝血酶原時間。結(jié)果觀察組和對照組血小板指數(shù)分別為:(88.69±17.81)×109/L、(216.5±66.26)×109/L,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組凝血酶時間、凝血酶原時間比較,觀察組均明顯高于對照組,P0.05。結(jié)論產(chǎn)科DIC產(chǎn)婦實行凝血檢驗,具有重要的臨床價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of coagulation test for obstetrical DIC pregnant women. Methods 18 pregnant women with DIC from May 2013 to June 2014 in our obstetrics department were selected as the observation group and 18 healthy parturients treated in the same period as the control group. The platelet, thrombin time and prothrombin time were observed by coagulation test in both groups. Results the platelet index of observation group and control group were (88.69 鹵17.81) 脳 109 mL, (216.5 鹵66.26) 脳 109 mL, respectively (P0.05). The thrombin time and prothrombin time in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Coagulation test for obstetrical DIC pregnant women has important clinical value.
