孕婦發(fā)砷含量及相關因素與新生兒先天性心臟病的關系研究

【摘要】:目的探討孕婦頭發(fā)砷含量及其相關影響因素與新生兒先天性心臟病(CHD)的關系,為臨床預防胎兒CHD提供參考依據(jù)。方法選取本院2012年1月至2014年1月收治的確診為胎兒CHD的孕婦50例作病例組,再選取50例本院同期收治的健康孕婦作為對照組。應用電感耦合等離子質(zhì)譜法測定兩組患者頭發(fā)中砷含量,并對患者進行問卷調(diào)查,分析胎兒CHD與孕婦發(fā)砷含量及其他相關因素的關系。結(jié)果病例組與對照組孕婦發(fā)砷含量差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);復雜型CHD孕婦的發(fā)砷含量顯著高于簡單型CHD孕婦(P0.05),與是否合并心外畸形無顯著相關(P0.05);相關因素分析結(jié)果顯示,孕婦發(fā)砷含量、孕婦接觸有毒物質(zhì)及化學物質(zhì)、丈夫吸煙、孕婦飲酒5個因素與胎兒CHD顯著相關(P0.05)。結(jié)論孕婦發(fā)砷含量增高以及接觸化學物質(zhì)、有毒物質(zhì)、有飲酒習慣、丈夫吸煙等因素均可能導致胎兒CHD的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between arsenic content in hair of pregnant women and neonatal congenital heart disease (CHD) in order to provide reference for clinical prevention of fetal CHD. Methods from January 2012 to January 2014, 50 pregnant women diagnosed as fetal CHD were selected as case group, and 50 healthy pregnant women who were admitted to our hospital at the same time were selected as control group. The arsenic content in hair of two groups was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), and the relationship between fetal CHD and hair arsenic content in pregnant women and other related factors was analyzed by questionnaire survey. Results the arsenic content in hair of pregnant women with complex CHD was significantly higher than that of pregnant women with simple CHD (P0.05), and there was no significant correlation between the content of arsenic in the hair of pregnant women and patients with extracardiac malformations (P0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). The results of correlation factor analysis showed that 5 factors, such as the content of arsenic in the hair of pregnant women, the exposure of pregnant women to toxic substances and chemicals, smoking by husband and drinking alcohol in pregnant women, were significantly correlated with fetal CHD (P0.05). Conclusion the increase of arsenic content in the hair of pregnant women and exposure to chemicals, toxic substances, drinking habits, smoking of husband and other factors may lead to the occurrence of fetal CHD.
