【摘要】：目的檢驗(yàn)中文版格林圍絕經(jīng)期評(píng)估量表(GCS)的信度和效度。方法采用經(jīng)Brislin翻譯和文化調(diào)試的中文版格林圍絕經(jīng)期期量表,對(duì)340名圍絕經(jīng)期婦女癥狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,并對(duì)量表的信、效度檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果中文版GCS量表保留21個(gè)條目,因子分析提取4個(gè)公因子,累計(jì)貢獻(xiàn)率為59.426%,GCS量表的總Cronbach'sα系數(shù)為0.926,折半信度為0.871。內(nèi)容效度各條目的內(nèi)容效度值(I-CVI)為0.90。各條目得分與總分Pearson相關(guān)系數(shù)(r)在0.474~0.771之間不等,說明具有良好的內(nèi)部一致性。結(jié)論中文版GSC量表具有良好的信效度,適宜作為圍絕經(jīng)期婦女的評(píng)估工具。
[Abstract]:Objective to test the reliability and validity of Green Perimenopausal Assessment scale (GCS). Methods the symptoms of 340 perimenopausal women were investigated with the Green perimenopausal scale, which was translated by Brislin and debugged by culture, and the reliability and validity of the scale were tested. Results 21 items were retained in the Chinese version of the scale, and 4 common factors were extracted by factor analysis. The cumulative contribution rate of the scale was 0.926, the total Cronbach's 偽 coefficient was 0.926, and the reliability of half reduction was 0.871. The content validity (I-CVI) of each item was 0.90. The Pearson correlation coefficient (r) between each item score and total score varied from 0.474 to 0.771, indicating that there was good internal consistency. Conclusion the Chinese version of GSC scale has good reliability and validity and is suitable for the evaluation of menopausal women.
