【摘要】：目的探討雌激素硫酸基轉(zhuǎn)移酶(SULT1E1)和孕激素受體蛋白(PR)在子宮肉瘤組織中的表達并分析其與子宮肉瘤發(fā)病的相關(guān)性。方法選取2001—2010年中國醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬盛京醫(yī)院婦產(chǎn)科收治的子宮肉瘤病人石蠟病理切片46例(子宮內(nèi)膜間質(zhì)肉瘤31例,子宮平滑肌肉瘤15例),取宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變(CIN)Ⅲ級或子宮脫垂病人的正常子宮肌層組織石蠟病理切片20例作為對照。用免疫組化法對子宮肉瘤組織的SULT1E1、PR蛋白進行檢測。結(jié)果子宮內(nèi)膜間質(zhì)肉瘤組及子宮平滑肌肉瘤組分別與正常子宮肌層組SULT1E1蛋白陽性率比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(均P0.05);子宮內(nèi)膜間質(zhì)肉瘤組與子宮平滑肌肉瘤組PRA蛋白、PRB蛋白陽性率比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。子宮內(nèi)膜間質(zhì)肉瘤組織中SULT1E1與PRA、PRB蛋白之間均呈負相關(guān)關(guān)系(分別r=-0.389,P=0.031;r=-0.421,P=0.018)。結(jié)論子宮肉瘤的發(fā)生、發(fā)展與子宮肉瘤組織SULT1E1蛋白表達降低或缺失有關(guān);在子宮內(nèi)膜間質(zhì)肉瘤組織中SULT1E1的表達與孕激素受體A、B表達均呈負相關(guān)。
