【摘要】：子癇前期是嚴(yán)重危害母嬰健康的并發(fā)癥。其確切發(fā)病機(jī)制不清,研究顯示母胎免疫耐受不全是子癇前期發(fā)病的重要機(jī)制,孕激素是維持妊娠的重要激素,有免疫調(diào)節(jié)、抗炎等作用,提示孕激素對(duì)子癇前期可能有保護(hù)作用。本文介紹了孕激素與子癇前期相關(guān)性的研究進(jìn)展,希望對(duì)臨床研究有一定的指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:Preeclampsia is a serious complication that endangers maternal and child health. The exact pathogenesis of pregnancy is unclear. Studies have shown that maternal and fetal immune tolerance is an important mechanism of preeclampsia, and progesterone is an important hormone in maintaining pregnancy, with immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory effects. It suggests that progesterone may have protective effect on preeclampsia. This article introduces the research progress of the relationship between progesterone and preeclampsia.
