【摘要】：正體外受精-胚胎移植(in-vitro fertilization andembryo transfer,IVF-ET)已成為不孕癥患者的常用治療手段。隨著輔助生殖技術(shù)的發(fā)展,單移植周期的臨床妊娠率已高達60%,但IVF活產(chǎn)率只有30%~40%,一直以來存在難以突破的瓶頸。主要原因在于胚胎移植后各種因素導致的胚胎丟失。胚胎丟失最常見于孕早期。早期胚胎丟失(earlyembryo loss,EEL)指孕12周末前發(fā)生的胚胎丟
[Abstract]:In vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (in-vitro fertilization andembryo transfer,IVF-ET) has become a common treatment for infertility patients. With the development of assisted reproductive technology, the clinical pregnancy rate of single transplant cycle is as high as 60%, but the live birth rate of IVF is only 30% and 40%, which has been difficult to break the bottleneck. The main reason lies in the embryo loss caused by various factors after embryo transfer. Embryo loss is most common in early pregnancy. Early embryo loss (earlyembryo loss,EEL) refers to embryo loss that occurs before the 12th week of pregnancy.
