【摘要】：目的：通過免疫組織化學(xué)方法檢測宮頸癌組織及其相應(yīng)的癌旁組織中ErbB2與Ebp1蛋白的表達情況,分析ErbB2與Ebp1蛋白的表達與宮頸癌臨床病理特征的關(guān)系及其相關(guān)性,為宮頸癌的靶向藥物治療提供實驗依據(jù)。 方法：應(yīng)用免疫組織化學(xué)法(SP)分別檢測40例宮頸癌組織及其癌旁組織中ErbB2與Ebpl蛋白的表達水平。 結(jié)果：宮頸癌組織中ErbB-2蛋白陽性率為72.5%,明顯高于癌旁組織中ErbB2蛋白陽性率7.5%(P0.05)。宮頸癌組織中Ebpl蛋白陽性率為32.5%,明顯高于癌旁組織中Ebpl蛋白陽性率5.0%(P0.05)。宮頸癌組織中ErbB2與Ebpl表達與患者年齡、腫瘤分化程度、家族史無關(guān),ErbB2與Ebpl高表達與腫瘤的TNM分期以及淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移呈正相關(guān)(P0.05)。 結(jié)論：ErbB2聯(lián)合Ebpl蛋白的檢測有助于宮頸癌轉(zhuǎn)移及預(yù)后的判斷,Ebp1有望成為宮頸癌基因治療的生物學(xué)靶點。
[Abstract]:Objective: to detect the expression of ErbB2 and Ebp1 in cervical carcinoma and its adjacent tissues by immunohistochemical method, and to analyze the relationship between the expression of ErbB2 and Ebp1 and the clinicopathological features of cervical cancer. To provide experimental evidence for targeted drug therapy of cervical cancer. Methods: immunohistochemical (SP) was used to detect the expression of ErbB2 and Ebpl protein in 40 cases of cervical carcinoma and its adjacent tissues. Results: the positive rate of ErbB-2 protein in cervical cancer was 72.5%, which was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues (7.5%) (P0.05). The positive rate of Ebpl protein in cervical cancer tissues was 32.5%, which was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues (5.0%) (P0.05). The expression of ErbB2 and Ebpl was not correlated with age, tumor differentiation and family history. The high expression of ErbB2 and Ebpl was positively correlated with TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P0.05). Conclusion: the detection of ErbB2 combined with Ebpl protein is helpful to determine the metastasis and prognosis of cervical cancer. Ebp1 is expected to be a biological target for gene therapy of cervical cancer.
