【摘要】：正女性上生殖道及周?chē)M織的炎癥稱(chēng)為盆腔炎,它是婦科常見(jiàn)病,其表現(xiàn)有:輸卵管炎、子宮炎及盆腔結(jié)締組織炎,其發(fā)病率高,治療不當(dāng),向鄰近器官擴(kuò)散,影響婦女的健康,應(yīng)積極防治。隨著廣譜抗生素和傳統(tǒng)中藥的廣泛應(yīng)用,極大地提高了盆腔炎的療程,縮短了病程,但反復(fù)發(fā)作,治療不當(dāng)遷延日久轉(zhuǎn)成慢性,仍是目前臨床上急需解決的難題。1誘發(fā)盆腔炎的因素1.1女性生殖器的特點(diǎn)因?yàn)榕酝馍称鏖_(kāi)口外露,與其內(nèi)部的盆腔、內(nèi)生
