【摘要】：正1病例報告患者,31歲,因孕28+4周,無痛性陰道流血40+分鐘,于2016年8月28日急診入我院。入院時出血量總計約60 ml,色鮮紅。孕18+4周于當?shù)蒯t(yī)院建卡產(chǎn)前檢查,B超檢查提示胎盤完全覆蓋宮頸內(nèi)口,考慮胎盤前置狀態(tài),遂轉診至我院門診定期產(chǎn)前檢查。孕期反復多次復查B超檢查均提示胎盤前置,余未見明顯異常。平素月經(jīng)規(guī)律,周期28~30天,末次月經(jīng)2016
[Abstract]:A 31-year-old patient with 28 4 weeks gestation and 40 minutes painless vaginal bleeding was admitted to our hospital on Aug. 28, 2016. The total amount of bleeding on admission was about 60 ml, bright red. At 18 ~ 4 weeks of pregnancy, a card prenatal examination was established in a local hospital. B-ultrasound examination showed that the placenta completely covered the cervix and considered the status of placenta previa, and then referred to our outpatient clinic for regular antenatal examination. Repeated reexamination of B-ultrasound during pregnancy indicated placenta previa without obvious abnormality. Regular menstrual cycle of 2830 days, the last menstruation 2016
