【摘要】：目的探討晚卵泡期高孕酮(P)對(duì)卵巢正常反應(yīng)者種植窗期內(nèi)膜胞飲突、整合素、白血病抑制因子(LIF)及白介素-1(IL-1)表達(dá)的影響。方法選取2014年4月至2015年12月在鄭州大學(xué)第二附屬醫(yī)院行長方案體外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)助孕的29例卵巢正常反應(yīng)患者,在本次取卵周期取消移植。按照h CG日孕酮水平分為:高P組(≥7.13nmol/L)18例,P未升高組(7.13nmol/L)11例。取卵后5 d采集內(nèi)膜組織,掃描電鏡觀察內(nèi)膜胞飲突變化,Western blot法檢測(cè)兩組子宮內(nèi)膜整合素、LIF、IL-1蛋白表達(dá)變化。結(jié)果內(nèi)膜胞飲突在高P組出現(xiàn)皺縮,P未升高組呈發(fā)育中及完全發(fā)育狀態(tài);高P組內(nèi)膜整合素(0.227±0.060 vs.0.512±0.031)、LIF(0.144±0.018 vs.0.474±0.041)、IL-1(0.220±0.009 vs.0.460±0.035)蛋白表達(dá)量均低于P未升高組(P0.05)。結(jié)論 h CG日高孕酮改變了卵巢正常反應(yīng)人群種植窗期內(nèi)膜胞飲突、整合素、LIF及IL-1的表達(dá),可能使種植窗期子宮內(nèi)膜的發(fā)育提早成熟,導(dǎo)致胚胎-子宮內(nèi)膜對(duì)話失敗。
