【摘要】：目的探討不同生理階段更年期綜合征(MS)患者Kupperman評(píng)分及體內(nèi)激素和內(nèi)分泌代謝指標(biāo)水平。方法采用回顧性隊(duì)列研究的方法隨機(jī)選取該院門診MS病例,根據(jù)患者情況分為絕經(jīng)前期、圍絕經(jīng)期、絕經(jīng)后期三組,每組40例,比較并分析三組的Kupperman評(píng)分及體內(nèi)激素和內(nèi)分泌代謝指標(biāo)。結(jié)果絕經(jīng)后期患者Kupperman評(píng)分高于圍絕經(jīng)期和絕經(jīng)前期患者,且在不同年齡和婚姻狀況間的差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),不同生理階段患者體內(nèi)激素水平變化明顯,且空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后血糖(PBG)和總膽固醇(TC)在不同生理階段患者體內(nèi)的差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論不同生理階段MS患者的Kupperman評(píng)分不同,且體內(nèi)激素及糖脂代謝出現(xiàn)異常。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the Kupperman score, hormone and endocrine metabolism in (MS) patients with climacteric syndrome at different physiological stages. Methods retrospective cohort study was used to randomly select outpatients with MS in our hospital. According to the patients' condition, they were divided into three groups: premenopausal, peri-menopausal and post-menopausal, with 40 cases in each group. The Kupperman scores and hormone and endocrine metabolism indexes in the three groups were compared and analyzed. Results the Kupperman score of postmenopausal patients was higher than that of peri-menopausal and pre-menopausal patients, and there were significant differences in age and marital status (P0.05). And fasting blood glucose (FBG), postprandial blood glucose (PBG) and total cholesterol (TC) in different physiological stages of patients in vivo differences were statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the Kupperman scores of MS patients at different physiological stages were different, and the metabolism of hormones and glucose and lipid were abnormal.
