【摘要】：正不孕癥女性生育力的評估主要包括卵巢儲備功能、輸卵管通暢度和子宮內(nèi)膜容受性,鑒于輸卵管性不孕在女性不孕中占30%~50%,因此,準(zhǔn)確評估輸卵管結(jié)構(gòu)及功能狀態(tài)極為重要。輸卵管通暢度檢查的主要目的是檢查輸卵管是否通暢、了解宮腔和輸卵管腔的形態(tài)及輸卵管的阻塞部位,以及與周圍組織的解剖關(guān)系,為確定輸卵管性不孕的治療方案提供依據(jù)。常用的方法有輸卵管通液術(shù)、子宮輸卵管X線造影、子宮輸卵管超聲造影、腹腔鏡檢查及宮腔鏡檢查術(shù)。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of fertility in women with positive infertility mainly includes ovarian reserve function, fallopian tube patency and endometrial receptivity. Since oviduct infertility accounts for 30% of female infertility, therefore, It is very important to evaluate the structure and function of fallopian tube accurately. The main purpose of the oviduct patency examination is to check whether the fallopian tube is patency, to understand the shape of uterine cavity and tubal cavity, the location of obstruction of fallopian tube, and the anatomical relationship with surrounding tissues. To provide the basis for the treatment of tubal infertility. The common methods include salpingostomy, hysterosalpingography, laparoscopy and hysteroscopy.
