【摘要】：目的探討宮頸糜爛與宮頸人乳頭狀瘤病毒(HPV)亞臨床感染(SPI)之間的相關(guān)性,為臨床診治提供指導(dǎo)性建議。方法選擇2013年1月-2014年1月156例宮頸糜爛患者為觀察組,選擇同期非宮頸糜爛女性74例為對照組,比較兩組患者臨床指標(biāo),采用SPSS 16.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果觀察組SPI發(fā)生率26.92%,明顯高于對照組;Ⅲ度宮頸糜爛患者SPI發(fā)生率高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ度宮頸糜爛患者,比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義;SPI患者HPV陽性率為71.11%,明顯高于非SPI患者,比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論宮頸糜爛患者SPI發(fā)生率明顯較高,同時高危型HPV高發(fā)于SPI患者,因此應(yīng)該以SPI患者為重點監(jiān)測對象,預(yù)防宮頸癌的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between cervical erosion and (SPI) subclinical infection of cervical papillomavirus (HPV), and to provide guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods 156 patients with cervical erosion from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected as the observation group and 74 women as the control group.
