【摘要】：正1診斷1繼發(fā)不孕;2雙側(cè)輸卵管炎;3月經(jīng)紊亂:垂體糖蛋白激素腺瘤?卵巢抵抗綜合征(ROS)?2診斷依據(jù)2.1患者育齡期女性,未避孕未孕伴月經(jīng)稀發(fā)8年。既往月經(jīng)尚規(guī)則,8年前無(wú)誘因出現(xiàn)月經(jīng)稀發(fā),周期40~90天。體格檢查及婦科檢查無(wú)特殊。外院子宮輸卵管造影(HSG)檢查示:雙側(cè)輸卵管慢性炎癥,輕度積水。經(jīng)陰道B超檢查:雙側(cè)卵巢

The diagnosis of ovarian resistance syndrome (ROS)? 2) was based on 2. 1 women of childbearing age, no contraception, no pregnancy and 8 years of menorrhagia. Previous menstruation is still regular, 8 years ago without inducement to appear menstruation, the cycle of 40 ~ 90 days. There is no special physical examination or gynecological examination.
