【摘要】：目的:探討胚胎冷凍保存時(shí)間是否會(huì)對凍融胚胎移植(FET)周期妊娠結(jié)局造成影響。方法:回顧性分析本中心833個(gè)解凍移植周期,按冷凍保存時(shí)間分為Ⅰ組(90d);Ⅱ組(90~365d);Ⅲ組(366~730d);Ⅳ組(730d),比較組間臨床妊娠結(jié)局情況。結(jié)果:四組的平均年齡及平均移植胚胎數(shù)均無顯著性差異,各組間的臨床妊娠率無顯著性差異。結(jié)論:冷凍保存時(shí)間對FET妊娠結(jié)局無不良影響。
