圍絕經(jīng)期婦女體成分及靜息能量代謝變化

【摘要】:背景:女性絕經(jīng)后雌激素水平下降、年齡增長、活動(dòng)水平下降都可能引起靜息能量消耗的降低,進(jìn)而引起絕經(jīng)后女性體成分變化,導(dǎo)致疾病,如肥胖、骨折。目的:觀察絕經(jīng)前、圍絕經(jīng)期、絕經(jīng)后婦女體成分及靜息代謝率的變化。方法:收集門診就診的2 312例婦女,其中絕經(jīng)前1 310例、圍絕經(jīng)期790例、絕經(jīng)后212例,測定體成分和靜息能量消耗。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:1圍絕經(jīng)期和絕經(jīng)后女性的全身脂肪百分比顯著高于絕經(jīng)前女性。23組間的靜息代謝率無顯著差異,經(jīng)體質(zhì)量校正后圍絕經(jīng)期女性的每千克體質(zhì)量靜息代謝率顯著低于絕經(jīng)前女性。3絕經(jīng)后女性的骨密度、股骨頸抗骨折能力、下肢最大肌力、下肢肌肉分布系數(shù)顯著低于圍絕經(jīng)期女性和絕經(jīng)前女性(P0.05)。4體質(zhì)量、下肢肌肉分布系數(shù)與每千克體質(zhì)量靜息代謝率呈正相關(guān),身高、體質(zhì)量指數(shù)、全身脂肪含量與每千克體質(zhì)量靜息代謝率呈負(fù)相關(guān)。以上結(jié)果表明,絕經(jīng)后女性體成分發(fā)生變化,身體脂肪含量增加,肌肉含量減少,骨量減少;骨骼、肌肉、關(guān)節(jié)功能處于退行性變;體成分改變與靜息能量消耗之間存在一定的相互關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Background: the decrease of estrogen level, age and activity level in postmenopausal women may lead to the decrease of resting energy consumption, which may lead to changes in body composition of postmenopausal women, such as obesity and fracture. Objective: to observe the changes of body composition and resting metabolic rate in premenopausal, peri-menopausal and postmenopausal women. Methods: a total of 2 312 women, including 1 310 premenopausal, 790 postmenopausal and 212 postmenopausal women, were collected. Body composition and resting energy expenditure were measured. Results and conclusion: 1 the percentage of body fat in peri-menopausal and postmenopausal women was significantly higher than that in premenopausal women. The resting metabolic rate per kilogram body mass of postmenopausal women was significantly lower than that of premenopausal women after body mass correction. 3 the bone mineral density (BMD) of postmenopausal women, the ability of resisting fracture of femoral neck, and the maximum muscle strength of lower extremities were significantly lower than those of postmenopausal women. The muscle distribution coefficient of lower extremity was significantly lower than that of perimenopausal and premenopausal women (P0.05). The muscle distribution coefficient of lower extremity was positively correlated with resting metabolic rate per kg body mass. There was a negative correlation between body fat content and resting metabolic rate per kg BW. The results show that the body composition of postmenopausal women changes, the body fat content increases, the muscle content decreases, the bone mass decreases, the bone, muscle and joint function is degenerative; There is a certain relationship between body composition change and resting energy consumption.
