改良宮高測量法對胎兒體質(zhì)量估計的臨床意義
[Abstract]:Objective to study the accuracy of the modified uterine height measurement in estimating fetal body mass. Methods 547 pregnant women who were delivered in the second affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from December 1, 2013 to April 30, 2014 were selected. The uterine tilt angle and height meter were used to measure the uterine height, the normal height and the abdominal circumference, respectively. The fetal body mass was estimated by the modified uterine height method and the conventional uterine height method, and the coincidence rate was calculated compared with the actual body mass of the fetus born. Results the mean value of uterine height was (31.7 鹵2.30) cm, and (34.7 鹵2.46) cm,. The average uterine height obtained by the improved method was significantly lower than that by the conventional method (t = 54.25, P 0.01). The values measured by the modified Gong Gao method were estimated by the methods of uterus height abdominal circumference method, Yuan Dongsheng method, Zhuo Jingru method, Ling Luoda method, Zeng Yuyue method and Gu Guohua method, respectively, and the coincidence rates of estimating newborn body mass and newborn actual body mass were 68.4%, respectively. 69.7 and 59.4 and 67.8 and 69.3, and 78.4, and the accuracy of the numerical calculations measured by the conventional method of height was 53.4 and 34.4, respectively, and the score of 46.1was 38.8 and 45.9, respectively. Among them, the coincidence rate of fetal body mass estimated by modified uterine height method, Yuan Dongsheng method, Ling Luoda method, Zeng Weiyue method and Gu Guohua method was significantly higher than that by conventional uterine height method (P0.01). Conclusion the improved uterine height measured by uterine tilt angle and uterine height measurement has high accuracy in predicting fetal body mass and has important clinical application value.
