【摘要】：目的研究分析評價克拉霉素聯(lián)用硝呋太爾栓治療非淋菌性宮頸炎的療效。方法選取我院在2015年6月至2016年6月間收治的非淋菌性宮頸炎患者116例為研究對象,隨機等分為對照組和實驗組,對照組患者僅采取克拉霉素進行治療,實驗組患者采取克拉霉素與硝呋太爾栓聯(lián)合治療的方法,比較兩組患者的療效、病原體的清除率。結果實驗組患者治療總有效率91.38%顯著高于對照組患者治療總有效率70.69%。實驗組患者病原體清除率93.10%顯著高于對照組72.41%以上兩組數(shù)據(jù)比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論克拉霉素與硝呋太爾栓聯(lián)合治療非淋菌性宮頸炎病原體清除率高,療效顯著,值得在臨床上推廣應用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study and evaluate the efficacy of clarithromycin combined with nifutrel suppository in the treatment of nongonococcal cervicitis. Methods 116 patients with nongonococcal cervicitis admitted in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group was treated with clarithromycin only. Patients in the experimental group were treated with clarithromycin and nifurotrel suppositories, and the efficacy and pathogen clearance rate were compared between the two groups. Results the total effective rate was 91.38% in the experimental group and 70.69% in the control group. The pathogen clearance rate of the experimental group was 93.10% significantly higher than that of the control group (72.41%). The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion Clarithromycin combined with nifurotrel suppository has a high clearance rate in the treatment of nongonococcal cervicitis and is worth popularizing in clinic.
