【摘要】：目的:探討利用胚胎累積評分法(embryo cumulative score,ECS)預(yù)測胚胎發(fā)育潛能、胚胎種植率(implantation rate,IR)、臨床妊娠率(pregnancy rate,PR)和流產(chǎn)率(Abortion Rate,AR)的應(yīng)用價值,以便于臨床選擇更具發(fā)育潛能的胚胎。方法:對我中心2011年1 048個IVF/ICSI-ET周期進行回顧分析,其中793個IVF周期及255個ICSI周期,利用ECS計算其分值并依據(jù)ECS對種植率、妊娠率及流產(chǎn)率進行比較分析。結(jié)果:IVF/ICSI周期移植2個胚胎,ECS評分為18且≤30時可達到62.4%的妊娠率。其中ECS評分為25且≤30時可達到64.1%的妊娠率,且流產(chǎn)率顯著低于其他各組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:ECS評分法對選擇更具發(fā)育潛能及低流產(chǎn)率的胚胎具有較好的臨床應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the application value of embryo accumulation score (embryo cumulative score,ECS) in predicting embryo development potential, embryo implantation rate (implantation rate,IR), clinical pregnancy rate (pregnancy rate,PR) and abortion rate (Abortion Rate,AR). In order to facilitate clinical selection of more developmental potential embryos.
