【摘要】：子宮移植后第一例嬰兒的安全出生證明了子宮移植技術(shù)的可行性,這一成果不僅給研究人員極大的鼓舞,而且給廣大的子宮原因性不孕女性帶來了希望;但由于手術(shù)會對活體供者帶來巨大手術(shù)風險,且移植后的免疫抑制用藥方案仍面臨著諸多挑戰(zhàn),由此引起社會的廣泛關(guān)注�？傊�,雖然子宮移植技術(shù)仍處于初步探索研究階段,但仍具有可能成為首先考慮的治療子宮性不孕的方法。本文就近年來國外關(guān)于人類子宮移植的研究進展作一綜述。
[Abstract]:The safe birth of the first baby after uterine transplantation proved the feasibility of uterine transplantation, which not only greatly encouraged the researchers, but also brought hope to the majority of women with uterine infertility. But because the operation will bring huge operation risk to the living donor, and the immunosuppressive drug regimen after transplantation still faces many challenges, it has aroused the widespread concern of the society. In conclusion, although uterine transplantation is still in the preliminary stage of exploration, it still has the potential to be the first consideration in the treatment of uterine infertility. This article reviews the research progress of human uterine transplantation abroad in recent years.
