【摘要】：目的:針對(duì)現(xiàn)有玻璃化冷凍載體在胚胎庫(kù)管理方面的不足,探討新型管式冷凍載體的囊胚冷凍效果及其在人類(lèi)胚胎庫(kù)管理方面的應(yīng)用。方法:選取D5、D6單囊胚玻璃化復(fù)蘇移植的患者,其中桿式冷凍載體1257例,新型管式冷凍載體564例,比較復(fù)蘇后的胚胎存活率及臨床妊娠率。結(jié)果:桿式冷凍載體與管式冷凍載體存活胚胎率分別為99.05%(1245/1257)、100%(564/564),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=5.4199,P=0.0199),臨床妊娠率分別為58.80%(732/1245)、60.28%(340/564),差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=0.3562,P=0.5506)。管式冷凍載體相比桿式冷凍載體更節(jié)約空間,胚胎定位精確,取放速度更快。結(jié)論:與桿式冷凍載體比較,新型管式冷凍載體的臨床妊娠率無(wú)顯著差異,但在空間利用、位置準(zhǔn)確性及拿取時(shí)間方面存在優(yōu)勢(shì),更適用于實(shí)際的臨床操作及胚胎庫(kù)的管理。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the effect of cryopreservation of blastocyst and its application in human embryo bank management in view of the deficiency of the existing vitrified cryopreservation carrier in embryo bank management. Methods: single blastocyst vitrification and resuscitation were performed in 1257 patients with D5 / D6 single blastocyst, including 1257 cases with rod cryopreservation carrier and 564 cases with new tube cryopreservation carrier. The embryo survival rate and clinical pregnancy rate after resuscitation were compared. Results: the embryo survival rates of rod and tube cryopreservation carriers were 99.05% (1245 / 1257) and 100% (564 / 564), respectively. The difference was statistically significant (蠂 ~ 2 ~ 2 ~ (5.4199) P ~ (0.0199). The clinical pregnancy rates were 58.80% (732 / 1245) and 60.28% (340 / 564), respectively. Compared with the rod freezing carrier, the tube cryopreservation carrier saves more space, the embryo location is accurate, and the extraction speed is faster. Conclusion: there is no significant difference in the clinical pregnancy rate of the new tube cryopreservation carrier compared with the rod cryopreservation carrier, but there are some advantages in space utilization, location accuracy and fetching time, which are more suitable for practical clinical operation and embryo bank management.
