【摘要】：目的了解遼寧省孕產(chǎn)婦人群HIV、梅毒、HCV感染狀況及一般人口學(xué)特征、高危行為等變化趨勢。方法對2010—2014年連續(xù)開展監(jiān)測的15個孕產(chǎn)婦哨點(diǎn)以重復(fù)橫斷面調(diào)查方法進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查并采血。結(jié)果2010—2014年連續(xù)開展監(jiān)測的15個孕產(chǎn)婦哨點(diǎn)中,監(jiān)測對象一般人口學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)無明顯變化;部分孕產(chǎn)婦自報有吸毒行為,但比例維持在較低水平;艾滋病知識知曉率逐年上升,從2010年的77.0%上升到2014年的92.9%,趨勢檢驗P0.001;5年間,只在2011年和2012年各檢出1例HIV抗體陽性者;梅毒抗體陽性率逐年上升,從2010年的0.37%上升到2014年的0.52%,趨勢檢驗P0.05;HCV抗體陽性率無明顯變化,波動在0.15%~0.42%,趨勢檢驗P0.05。結(jié)論遼寧省孕產(chǎn)婦人群HIV抗體陽性率一直維持在低水平,但梅毒抗體陽性率有所上升。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the trend of HIV, syphilis, HCV infection, general demographic characteristics and high risk behaviors in pregnant women in Liaoning province. Methods the 15 sentinel sites of pregnant and lying-in women were investigated by repeated cross-sectional survey from 2010 to 2014 and blood samples were collected. Results among the 15 sentinel sites continuously monitored from 2010 to 2014, there was no significant change in the general demographic data of the monitored subjects, and some of the pregnant and lying-in women reported drug abuse behavior, but the proportion was maintained at a low level. The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge increased year by year, from 77.0% in 2010 to 92.9% in 2014. In the five years of trend test (P0.001), only one case of HIV antibody positive was detected in 2011 and 2012. The positive rate of syphilis antibody increased year by year, from 0.37% in 2010 to 0.52% in 2014. There was no significant change in the positive rate of anti-HCV antibody in trend test, which fluctuated between 0.15% and 0.42%, while the trend test showed that the positive rate of HCV antibody was 0.05%. Conclusion the positive rate of HIV antibody in pregnant and parturient women in Liaoning Province has been maintained at a low level, but the positive rate of syphilis antibody has increased.
