【摘要】：目的:探討妊娠相關(guān)性宮頸癌合適的治療方式,包括維持妊娠、針對(duì)腫瘤的治療、分娩方式,以及預(yù)后。創(chuàng)新點(diǎn):在發(fā)展中國(guó)家對(duì)妊娠相關(guān)性宮頸癌治療和分娩方式的選擇,以及相關(guān)預(yù)后。方法:回顧性分析2000年到2009年浙江省腫瘤醫(yī)院收治的20例妊娠相關(guān)性宮頸癌患者的臨床資料、治療方案及隨訪結(jié)果。結(jié)論:妊娠中晚期患者可選擇在短期內(nèi)繼續(xù)妊娠;新輔助化療對(duì)胎兒可能有影響;對(duì)合并宮頸癌的患者,剖宮產(chǎn)術(shù)是較陰道分娩更合適的方式。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the appropriate treatment for pregnancy-associated cervical cancer, including pregnancy maintenance, tumor therapy, delivery, and prognosis. Innovation: options for treatment and delivery of pregnancy-associated cervical cancer in developing countries, and associated outcomes. Methods: the clinical data, treatment plan and follow-up results of 20 cases of pregnancy-associated cervical cancer admitted from 2000 to 2009 in Zhejiang Provincial Cancer Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Conclusion: patients with middle and late pregnancy can choose to continue pregnancy for a short period of time, neoadjuvant chemotherapy may affect the fetus, and cesarean section is more suitable than vaginal delivery in patients with cervical cancer.
