【摘要】：正1病例報告患者,25歲,因孕38周,發(fā)現(xiàn)前置胎盤2~+月,于2016年7月18日入第三軍醫(yī)大學第一附屬醫(yī)院。孕期未規(guī)范產(chǎn)前檢查,孕3~+月開始反復陰道流血,少于月經(jīng)量。孕6~+月在當?shù)蒯t(yī)院產(chǎn)檢發(fā)現(xiàn)胎盤前置狀態(tài),孕37~(+6)周B超檢查示:中央型前置胎盤伴植入。G_6P_2(剖宮產(chǎn)2次,術中經(jīng)過不詳)。入院查體:T 36.5℃,P 99/min,R 20/min,BP 104/62 mm Hg,神志清楚,貧
[Abstract]:A case report patient, 25 years old, was admitted to the first affiliated Hospital of the third military Medical University on July 18, 2016, due to 38 weeks gestation, and placenta previa was found in the first affiliated Hospital of the third military Medical University on July 18, 2016.
