【摘要】：目的探討不同年齡段功能失調(diào)性子宮出血(功血)住院病人臨床特點。方法收集2009年3月至2014年2月間因確診功血為主要診斷而入住中山大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院的病人158例。收集病人年齡等一般情況、血常規(guī)、B超及診刮內(nèi)膜病理資料進行分析。158例病人分為3個年齡組按照貧血程度比較。結(jié)果≤30歲住院病人發(fā)生重度貧血占46.9%,其次為40歲組(32.9%)。30~40歲組最低(27.3%),3組間比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P=0.03)。3組間輸血率比較,差異亦有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P=0.001),≤30歲病人住院輸血比例達到71.4%。不同年齡組間子宮內(nèi)膜厚度及內(nèi)膜異常增生情況比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。不同子宮內(nèi)膜厚度組間內(nèi)膜異常增生率差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P=0.014),在子宮內(nèi)膜厚度超過12mm組,內(nèi)膜異常增生率達53.3%,而5mm組無子宮內(nèi)膜異常增生發(fā)生。結(jié)論功血住院病人的貧血情況和年齡明顯相關(guān);子宮內(nèi)膜厚度對預(yù)測子宮內(nèi)膜異常增生有重要作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical features of dysfunctional uterine bleeding (dysfunctional uterine bleeding) in different age groups. Methods 158 patients admitted to the first affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from March 2009 to February 2014 were collected.
