【摘要】：目的研究探討孕婦不同糖耐量狀態(tài)下胰島素抵抗和胰島β細(xì)胞功能的關(guān)系。方法 2014年10月至2016年10月在南京醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬淮安市第一人民醫(yī)院檢查待產(chǎn)的婦女144例,根據(jù)糖耐量的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果分為妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)(A組共48例)、妊娠糖耐量減低(B組共48例)、結(jié)果正常(C組共48例),比較各組胰島素抵抗和分泌功能及妊娠結(jié)果。結(jié)果 A、B、C三組HOMA-IR依次遞減,A、B、C組之間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);HOMA-β依次增加,A組與B、C組之間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。A、B、C三組AIR3-10、AUC-I依次升高,組間分別比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);三組AUC-Ⅱ也依次升高,A組與B、C組之間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);三組妊娠結(jié)果差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論與正常糖耐量孕婦相比,有妊娠糖尿病以及糖耐量減低孕婦不僅存在胰島素抵抗,還有β細(xì)胞功能受損,且GDM孕婦胰島素抵抗和β細(xì)胞功能受損情況更加嚴(yán)重。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between insulin resistance and islet 尾-cell function in pregnant women with different glucose tolerance. Methods from October 2014 to October 2016, 144 women were examined in Huaian first people's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University. According to the results of glucose tolerance test, they were divided into gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) (A) group (48 cases). Impaired glucose tolerance (group B, n = 48) and normal results (group C, n = 48). Insulin resistance and secretory function and pregnancy outcome were compared in each group. Results the HOMA-IR of the three groups decreased in turn, and the difference between the three groups was statistically significant (P0.05).
