【摘要】：目的:了解甘肅地區(qū)女性人乳頭瘤病毒(HPV)感染的基因亞型、年齡及地區(qū)分布等.方法:采用凱普醫(yī)用核酸分子快速導(dǎo)流雜交基因芯片技術(shù),對7318名蘭州女性進(jìn)行生殖道21種HPV感染基因亞型篩查.結(jié)果:甘肅地區(qū)女性HPV感染率為19.9%(1 452/7 318),其中高危型HPV感染率14.78%(1 082/7 318),低危型HPV感染率3.38%(247/7 318),高危型中HPV16為主要致病亞型,占28.59%(415/1 452),低危型中HPV6占6.30%(98/1 452).1452例感染HPV的標(biāo)本中,單一感染1 188例,占81.82%(1 188/1 452),多重感染264例,占18.18%(264/1 452).按年齡分組中≥50歲組HPV感染率最高,占24.24%.按地區(qū)分析,隴南地區(qū)HPV感染率最高,達(dá)到30.97%(83/268).結(jié)論:甘肅地區(qū)為宮頸癌高發(fā)區(qū),其中HPV16是感染最多的型別,對該地區(qū)女性進(jìn)行子宮頸癌的篩查和防治已成為當(dāng)務(wù)之急.
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the gene subtypes, age and regional distribution of female human papillomavirus (HPV) infection in Gansu. Methods: 7318 women in Lanzhou were screened for 21 HPV infection gene subtypes in the reproductive tract by using the gene chip technique of Kepper medical nucleic acid molecular fast diversion hybridization. Results: the infection rate of female HPV was 19. 9% (1 452 / 7 318). The infection rate of high risk type HPV was 14. 78% (10 82 / 7 318), and the infection rate of low risk type HPV was 3. 38% (247 / 7 318). HPV16 was the main pathogenic subtype of high risk type, accounting for 28.59% (415 / 1 452), HPV6 accounted for 6.30% (98 / 1 452) in low risk type. Among 1452 samples infected with HPV, 1 188 cases (81.82%) were single infection. 264 cases (18.18%) were multiple infections (264 / 1 452).
