【摘要】：目的探討體外受精與胚胎移植助孕治療的不孕癥患者新鮮周期移植失敗后凍融周期成功妊娠的相關(guān)影響因素。方法回顧性分析2012年1月至2014年4月在安徽醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院生殖醫(yī)學(xué)中心接受長方案超促排卵體外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)助孕治療的1165例不孕癥患者的臨床資料,包括新鮮周期妊娠組830個(gè)周期與新鮮周期未孕而凍融周期妊娠的335個(gè)周期,采用獨(dú)立樣本t檢驗(yàn)和χ2檢驗(yàn)對2組間相關(guān)臨床參數(shù)進(jìn)行比較,將篩選出差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義的因素進(jìn)行多因素Logistic回歸檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果 Logistic回歸分析發(fā)現(xiàn),人絨毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)注射日雌二醇(E2)水平在50%~75%之間(OR=1.876,P=0.006,95%CI 1.199~2.935)及E2水平≥75%(OR=1.952,P=0.002,95%CI 1.276~2.985)和HCG注射日子宮內(nèi)膜厚度(OR=0.882,P0.001,95%CI 0.824~0.944)是新鮮周期能否妊娠的獨(dú)立影響因素。結(jié)論 HCG注射日血清E2水平上升明顯和內(nèi)膜厚度條件欠佳的患者,可建議放棄新鮮周期移植,采用凍融周期移植。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the factors related to the successful pregnancy of freeze-thaw cycle after the failure of fresh cycle transplantation in infertile patients treated with in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer assisted pregnancy. Methods from January 2012 to April 2014, the clinical data of 1165 infertile patients who were treated with in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) assisted pregnancy therapy at the Center of Reproductive Medicine, the first affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University, were retrospectively analyzed. Three hundred and thirty-five cycles including 830 cycles in fresh cycle pregnancy group and 335 cycles in freeze-thawed pregnancy group were compared with each other by independent sample t test and 蠂 2 test.
