骨橋蛋白和趨化因子受體4在卵巢腫瘤組織中的表達(dá)及其意義

【摘要】:目的:分析骨橋蛋白(OPN)和趨化因子受體4(CXCR4)在不同卵巢組織中的表達(dá),探討二者在卵巢癌的發(fā)生、發(fā)展和轉(zhuǎn)移過程中的作用。方法:選取正常卵巢組織(20例)、卵巢良性上皮性腫瘤組織(20例)和上皮性卵巢癌組織(40例),采用免疫組織化學(xué)SP法檢測不同卵巢組織中OPN和CXCR4表達(dá),分析不同臨床特征上皮性卵巢癌組織中OPN蛋白和CXCR4蛋白表達(dá)率。結(jié)果:OPN在上皮性卵巢癌組織的陽性表達(dá)率高于在正常卵巢組織和良性卵巢腫瘤組織表達(dá)率,不同分化程度(G1、G2和G3期)上皮性卵巢癌組織陽性表達(dá)率組間比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),Ⅲ-Ⅳ期上皮性卵巢癌組織中OPN陽性表達(dá)率明顯高于Ⅰ-Ⅱ期組(P0.05),在不同組織學(xué)分型上皮性卵巢癌組織(卵巢漿液性囊腺癌、卵巢黏液性囊腺癌和卵巢子宮內(nèi)膜樣癌)中OPN陽性表達(dá)率比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。CXCR4在正常卵巢組織及卵巢良性腫瘤組織中均無陽性表達(dá),在上皮性卵巢癌組織中呈陽性表達(dá)。CXCR4在上皮性卵巢癌不同病理分級(高分化G1、中分化G2和低分化G3)、不同臨床分期(Ⅰ-Ⅱ期、Ⅲ-Ⅳ期)、不同組織學(xué)分型(漿液性囊腺癌、黏液性囊腺癌和子宮內(nèi)膜樣癌)組織中陽性表達(dá)率比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:OPN和CXCR4在卵巢腫瘤細(xì)胞中表達(dá)水平與腫瘤細(xì)胞的惡性程度具有一定關(guān)聯(lián),提示OPN和CXCR4表達(dá)通路可能成為卵巢癌治療的一個新靶點。
