【摘要】：目的:分析骨橋蛋白(OPN)和趨化因子受體4(CXCR4)在不同卵巢組織中的表達,探討二者在卵巢癌的發(fā)生、發(fā)展和轉(zhuǎn)移過程中的作用。方法:選取正常卵巢組織(20例)、卵巢良性上皮性腫瘤組織(20例)和上皮性卵巢癌組織(40例),采用免疫組織化學SP法檢測不同卵巢組織中OPN和CXCR4表達,分析不同臨床特征上皮性卵巢癌組織中OPN蛋白和CXCR4蛋白表達率。結(jié)果:OPN在上皮性卵巢癌組織的陽性表達率高于在正常卵巢組織和良性卵巢腫瘤組織表達率,不同分化程度(G1、G2和G3期)上皮性卵巢癌組織陽性表達率組間比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),Ⅲ-Ⅳ期上皮性卵巢癌組織中OPN陽性表達率明顯高于Ⅰ-Ⅱ期組(P0.05),在不同組織學分型上皮性卵巢癌組織(卵巢漿液性囊腺癌、卵巢黏液性囊腺癌和卵巢子宮內(nèi)膜樣癌)中OPN陽性表達率比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。CXCR4在正常卵巢組織及卵巢良性腫瘤組織中均無陽性表達,在上皮性卵巢癌組織中呈陽性表達。CXCR4在上皮性卵巢癌不同病理分級(高分化G1、中分化G2和低分化G3)、不同臨床分期(Ⅰ-Ⅱ期、Ⅲ-Ⅳ期)、不同組織學分型(漿液性囊腺癌、黏液性囊腺癌和子宮內(nèi)膜樣癌)組織中陽性表達率比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:OPN和CXCR4在卵巢腫瘤細胞中表達水平與腫瘤細胞的惡性程度具有一定關(guān)聯(lián),提示OPN和CXCR4表達通路可能成為卵巢癌治療的一個新靶點。
[Abstract]:Aim: to analyze the expression of osteopontin (OPN) and chemokine receptor 4 (CXCR4) in different ovarian tissues and to explore the role of osteopontin (OPN) and chemokine receptor 4 (CXCR4) in the genesis, development and metastasis of ovarian cancer. Methods: the expressions of OPN and CXCR4 were detected by immunohistochemical SP method in 20 normal ovarian tissues, 20 benign ovarian epithelial tumor tissues and 40 epithelial ovarian cancer tissues. The expression rates of OPN protein and CXCR4 protein in epithelial ovarian carcinoma with different clinical characteristics were analyzed.
