【摘要】：目的針對婦科腹腔手術(shù)中出現(xiàn)的并發(fā)癥、影響要素進(jìn)行分析。方法選取2014年12月~2015年12月我院收治的婦科腹腔手術(shù)患者2016例作為研究對象,從患者年齡、子宮內(nèi)膜移位、體重指數(shù)、腹腔手術(shù)史等要素對并發(fā)癥所起的癥狀進(jìn)行討論。結(jié)果有并發(fā)癥72例(3.33%),其中7例(0.32%)氣腹穿刺。術(shù)中并發(fā)癥50例(2.31%),其中失血過多36例(72%)。術(shù)后并發(fā)癥15例(0.69%),其中有10例(66.67%)是術(shù)后感染,手術(shù)類別與并發(fā)率分別對應(yīng)為Ⅰ(1.01%)、Ⅱ(5.92%)、Ⅲ(7.57%)、Ⅳ(24.51%)。并發(fā)癥同手術(shù)類別(OR=3.70)、子宮大小(OR=3.45)、年齡(OR=2.64)、子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥病史(OR=11.64)等有直接聯(lián)系。結(jié)論通過Logistic研究發(fā)現(xiàn),并發(fā)癥的出現(xiàn)同手術(shù)類別與子宮內(nèi)膜異位史有很大關(guān)聯(lián)。手術(shù)級別高,手術(shù)并發(fā)癥出現(xiàn)幾率更大;子宮內(nèi)膜異位史也促使手術(shù)并發(fā)癥的出現(xiàn)頻率得以增加。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the complications and influencing factors of gynecological abdominal surgery. Methods 2016 patients with gynecological abdominal surgery from December 2014 to December 2015 were selected as study subjects. The symptoms of complications were discussed from age, endometrial displacement, body mass index and history of abdominal surgery. Results 72 cases (3.33%) had complications, of which 7 cases (0.32%) had pneumoperitoneum puncture. Intraoperative complications were found in 50 cases (2.31%), of which 36 cases (72%) had excessive blood loss.
