【摘要】：目的:通過檢測IL-17D、CD163在卵巢上皮性癌組織中的表達(dá),探討IL-17D、M2腫瘤相關(guān)巨噬細(xì)胞(M2-TAM)在卵巢上皮性癌發(fā)生、發(fā)展過程中的意義。方法:應(yīng)用免疫組化(S-P)方法檢測IL-17D、CD163在正常卵巢組、卵巢上皮性良性腫瘤組和卵巢上皮性癌組中的表達(dá)情況。結(jié)果:卵巢上皮性癌組IL-17D、CD163的陽性表達(dá)率(74.0%,80.0%)高于卵巢上皮性良性腫瘤組(40.0%,30.0%)和正常卵巢組織組(0,10.0%)(P0.01);IL-17D、CD163在晚期(Ⅲ、Ⅳ期)卵巢上皮性癌中的陽性表達(dá)率(83.3%,88.9%)高于早期(Ⅰ、Ⅱ期)卵巢上皮性癌(50.0%,57.1%)(P0.05);IL-17D、CD163在低分化卵巢上皮性癌中的陽性表達(dá)率(90.9%,95.5%)高于中-高分化(60.7%,67.9%)卵巢上皮性癌(P0.05);IL-17D與CD163在卵巢上皮性癌中的陽性表達(dá)具有正相關(guān)性(r=0.388,P0.01)。結(jié)論:IL-17D、M2-TAM在卵巢上皮性癌發(fā)生、發(fā)展過程中可能有一定作用,且兩者可能具有協(xié)同促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the significance of IL-17D,M2 tumor-associated macrophages (M2-TAM) in the occurrence and development of epithelial ovarian carcinoma by detecting the expression of IL-17D,CD163 in epithelial ovarian carcinoma.
