【摘要】：目的探討人乳頭瘤病毒(HPV)在宮頸癌及癌前病變中的臨床意義。方法 141例宮頸細胞學(xué)檢查異常患者通過第二代雜交捕獲試驗(HCII)檢測HPV,并實施陰道鏡檢查及活檢。結(jié)果宮頸炎39例、CINΙ74例、CINⅡ14例、CINⅢ11例、宮頸癌3例;HPV感染67例(47.52%),且隨宮頸病變程度加重HPV感染率呈增高趨勢。結(jié)論 HPV感染與宮頸癌及癌前病變關(guān)系密切,且與病變嚴重程度有一定相關(guān)性。
