【摘要】：目的探討人乳頭狀瘤病毒(HPV)感染和核轉(zhuǎn)錄因子(NF-кB)表達(dá)與卵巢上皮性腫瘤的關(guān)系,為臨床治療提供依據(jù)。方法選取2008年1月-2013年10月71例卵巢腫瘤患者的病理標(biāo)本,檢測(cè)卵巢上皮腫瘤組織HPV感染和NF-кB表達(dá)情況,分析與臨床、病理的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果卵巢上皮癌患者HPV的陽(yáng)性率要明顯高于良性腫瘤患者,分別為36.73%、9.09%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);卵巢上皮癌患者NF-кBp65的陽(yáng)性率較良性腫瘤患者明顯升高,分別為69.39%、17.17%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;HPV感染在卵巢癌不同臨床病理結(jié)果比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;卵巢上皮癌患者的臨床分期、病理分級(jí)及CA125值在不同等級(jí)NF-кB陽(yáng)性率的比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),病理分化程度越低、臨床分期越晚及CA125值越高,NF-кB陽(yáng)性率越高。結(jié)論 HPV感染和NF-кB的高表達(dá)與卵巢癌的發(fā)生有一定的關(guān)系,HPV感染患者應(yīng)予積極治療,以預(yù)防卵巢癌的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between human papillomavirus (HPV) (HPV) infection and nuclear transcription factor B (NF- B) expression in ovarian epithelial tumors. Methods from January 2008 to October 2013, 71 cases of ovarian neoplasms were examined for HPV infection and NF- B expression, and the correlation with clinical and pathological features was analyzed. Results the positive rate of HPV in ovarian epithelial carcinoma was significantly higher than that in benign tumor (36.739.09, respectively), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The positive rate of NF- Bp65 in ovarian epithelial carcinoma patients was significantly higher than that in benign tumor patients (69.39 and 17.17, respectively), and there was no significant difference in HPV infection in different clinicopathological results of ovarian cancer. The difference of clinical stage, pathological grade and CA125 value in different grade of NF- positive rate was statistically significant (P0.05). The lower the degree of pathological differentiation, the later the clinical stage and the higher the CA125 value. The positive rate of NF- B was higher. Conclusion HPV infection and high expression of NF- B are related to the occurrence of ovarian cancer. Patients with HPV infection should be treated actively to prevent the occurrence of ovarian cancer.
