【摘要】：孕婦血糖控制不佳與不良妊娠結(jié)局密切相關(guān)。糖尿病發(fā)病率日益增加,妊娠合并糖尿病管理尤為重要。本文介紹了妊娠合并糖尿病管理的新近研究進(jìn)展,了解妊娠期間血糖控制改善的臨床獲益、當(dāng)前以胰島素為"金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)"的治療策略及地特胰島素在妊娠合并糖尿病管理中的潛在優(yōu)勢(shì),解讀了地特胰島素在妊娠中使用的隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn),確證了地特胰島素在妊娠期間血糖控制方面的療效和耐受性。
[Abstract]:Poor blood glucose control in pregnant women is closely related to adverse pregnancy outcomes. The incidence of diabetes is increasing day by day, and the management of pregnancy complicated with diabetes is particularly important. This paper introduces the recent research progress in the management of gestational diabetes mellitus, and understands the clinical benefits of improving blood glucose control during pregnancy. The current therapeutic strategy of insulin as the "gold standard" and the potential advantage of insulin in the management of gestational diabetes mellitus were analyzed in the randomized controlled trial of insulin use in pregnancy. The efficacy and tolerance of insulin in blood glucose control during pregnancy were confirmed.
