【摘要】：目的:探討新舊產(chǎn)程不同處理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)分娩結(jié)局的影響。方法:選取初產(chǎn)婦105例,均按Friedman舊產(chǎn)程圖顯示第一或第二產(chǎn)程異常;隨機(jī)分為觀察組53例和對(duì)照組52例。對(duì)照組繼續(xù)按舊產(chǎn)程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)處理產(chǎn)程;觀察組按新產(chǎn)程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及處理專(zhuān)家共識(shí)(2014)處理產(chǎn)程。比較2組產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)程干預(yù)、分娩方式、產(chǎn)后出血和新生兒分娩結(jié)局情況。結(jié)果:觀察組產(chǎn)婦剖宮產(chǎn)率明顯低于對(duì)照組,而自然分娩率顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.01)。2組產(chǎn)婦人工干預(yù)率和產(chǎn)后出血率及新生兒窒息率差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:新的產(chǎn)程處理可提高自然分娩率,大大降低剖宮產(chǎn)率,且分娩并發(fā)癥無(wú)明顯增加。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the effect of different treatment standards of old and new labor process on delivery outcome. Methods: 105 primipara patients were randomly divided into observation group (n = 53) and control group (n = 52). The control group continued to treat the labor process according to the old labor process standard, and the observation group treated the labor process according to the new labor process standard and treatment experts' consensus (2014). The labor process intervention, delivery mode, postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal delivery outcome were compared between the two groups. Results: the rate of cesarean section in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, while the rate of natural delivery was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.01). There was no significant difference in artificial intervention rate, postpartum hemorrhage rate and neonatal asphyxia rate between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion: the new treatment can increase the rate of natural delivery, greatly reduce the rate of cesarean section, and no significant increase in complications.
